UX Designer (Capital Market)

Overview

Senior UX Designer role focusing on Capital Markets and Fintech, responsible for end‑to‑end product design across web and mobile. The position involves research, design systems, and close engineering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design for complex feature areas, from discovery to handoff.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research and translate findings into journey maps.
• Design multi‑step capital‑markets workflows such as order execution, risk analytics, portfolio management, and data‑heavy dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver detailed specifications, handle edge cases, and ensure feasible technical solutions.
• Maintain and scale design systems, mentor junior designers, and champion accessibility and craft.

Eligibility

• Hands‑on experience designing for Capital Markets, Trading Platforms, WealthTech or institutional FinTech.
• Minimum 7 years of pure UX/Product design experience (excluding graphic/brand work).
• Portfolio of live shipped features with in‑depth case studies showing problem, research, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
