Refold AI is seeking a senior product leader to define and own the commercial, reliability, and learning aspects of its AI integration platform, shaping pricing models, system‑level learning, and production incident handling.
Experience

Responsibilities
- Define and own pricing models for outcome‑based AI integration services.
- Shape system‑level learning mechanisms while ensuring data isolation across customers.
- Design end‑to‑end reliability and incident‑judgment experiences for enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate constraints into product specifications and trade‑off documents.
- Lead product scoping, push back on unrealistic timelines, and commit to decisions.
Eligibility
- B2B SaaS product experience, especially on platform, infrastructure or developer tools.
- 5+ years product experience with at least 2 years on complex, distributed systems.
- Degree from a top‑tier institution or equivalent hands‑on product track record.
