Overview
Refold AI is seeking a senior product leader to shape the trust, pricing, learning, reliability, and incident judgment layers of its AI integration platform for enterprise SaaS customers.

Responsibilities
- Define where automation can replace human effort and where human oversight remains necessary.
- Design and own commercial pricing models that focus on outcome-based billing.
- Specify system‑level learning mechanisms while protecting customer data confidentiality.
- Own the reliability experience, ensuring integrations run unattended and handling production incidents.
- Create clear specifications, trade‑off documents, and design decisions for complex platform features.
Eligibility
- Product management expertise in B2B SaaS platforms or developer tools.
- 5+ years product experience (including 2+ years on platform/infrastructure) with a track record of shipping complex systems.
- Degree from a top‑tier institution or equivalent hands‑on product experience building hard technical products.
