Overview
The Senior Product Manager, Identity Resilience at Rubrik will lead the strategy and execution of the company’s Identity Protection portfolio, shaping product vision from concept to market. The role partners with engineering, design, GTM and enterprise customers to drive a multi‑million‑dollar business line.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the multi‑year product roadmap for enterprise identity protection
- Lead definition, design and launch of next‑generation identity security features from 0‑to‑1
- Partner with principal engineers to navigate technical trade‑offs in scale, security and hybrid cloud topologies
- Act as trusted advisor to CISOs and IT executives to translate complex pain points into product requirements
- Enable global sales, marketing and customer success on positioning, pricing and competitive differentiation
Eligibility
- 8+ years product management experience in B2B enterprise software, preferably cybersecurity or identity management
- Proven track record of taking security products from concept to market (0‑to‑1)
- Domain expertise in IAM, PAM, IGA, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, etc.
- Strong stakeholder influence and customer‑facing experience with enterprise security buyers
- Based in Bengaluru (Bangalore) and able to work in a hybrid environment
