Senior Product Manager leading Rubrik's Identity Resilience portfolio, shaping strategy and delivering enterprise identity security solutions. Works closely with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to build a multi‑million‑dollar business line.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the multi‑year product roadmap for enterprise identity protection.
- Lead 0‑to‑1 definition, design, and launch of next‑generation identity security features.
- Partner with principal engineers and architects to navigate complex technical trade‑offs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and IT leaders, translating customer pain points into product requirements.
- Enable global sales, marketing, and customer success on product positioning, pricing, and differentiation.
Eligibility
- Deep expertise in identity security, IAM/PAM/IGA, or cybersecurity product domains.
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise software product management, with proven 0‑to‑1 launch experience.
