Founder's office and Technology Associate

Overview

The Founder’s Office & Technology Associate will work directly with the Founder on business operations and help develop Ruchs’s AI/AR‑powered product customization platform. The role spans strategic initiatives, vendor coordination, recruitment support, and app/website development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day business operations and strategic initiatives with the Founder
• Create and update pitch decks, business presentations, and research documents
• Coordinate with vendors, team members, external partners and support recruitment
• Conduct market, competitor and technology research and own project execution
• Contribute to AI/AR‑enabled app/website development, UI/UX design, wireframes and prototypes

Eligibility

• MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech or related degree from a reputed college
• 1–2 years of relevant experience for full‑time role (internship open to graduates)
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, technology and business building
