Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager at Sauce Labs leading AI-native developer tooling portfolio, defining vision, strategy and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role is hybrid in Gurugram, working three days onsite and two days remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy, conduct market and competitive analysis
• Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives and make scope decisions
• Lead product development with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases
• Communicate with stakeholders, track KPIs, and drive post-launch performance optimization
• Mentor junior product managers and guide cross-functional collaboration

Eligibility

• Product management expertise, especially AI-native developer tools, SDKs, and APIs
• 7+ years product management experience with at least 2 years in a senior PM role; consulting, pricing and packaging background required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
