- Uncover customer insights and translate them into best‑in‑class user experiences
- Lead concept ideation, sketching, wire‑framing, and prototyping
- Design elegant solutions for complex workflows and maintain visual quality
- Collaborate with product management, executives, and engineering to prioritize roadmaps
- Integrate UX research into the agile development process and oversee designs through the full product lifecycle
Eligibility
- 5+ years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience on in‑house enterprise software teams
- Portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and end‑to‑end product work
- Experience with design thinking, user research, and agile development processes
