Overview
StarRez is hiring a senior Product Designer to lead the creation of complex, data‑rich SaaS experiences, especially analytics dashboards and reporting tools. The role combines end‑to‑end design, user research, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives from discovery through delivery for multi‑role, data‑heavy workflows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and concept validation to inform product decisions.
- Partner with Product to define problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics.
- Iteratively ship and refine designs based on real‑world feedback and usage data.
- Elevate data visualisation quality and embed WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards across the platform.
