Overview
Sense is hiring a Product Manager to lead the Voice AI, LLM chatbot and Agent Builder roadmap, driving strategy, vendor decisions and delivery for conversational recruiting products. The role works cross‑functionally with engineering, AI/ML, design, customer success and GTM teams to ship scalable voice and chat agents.

Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and outcomes for voice agents, Agent Builder platform, voice cost/architecture, and ATS integrations
- Translate ambiguous customer and business problems into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for non‑deterministic AI systems
- Lead prioritization, sprint planning, release coordination and QA testing with Engineering, AI/ML and Design
- Define agent behaviors, prompt architecture, vendor build‑vs‑buy decisions and improve unit economics such as cost per call
- Establish quality, evaluation and compliance processes, including call sampling, A/B testing, observability, and consent/opt‑out handling
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in conversational AI, voice AI and large language model‑driven products
- 4–7 years of product management experience with at least one shipped LLM‑powered or voice‑based product
- BE/B.Tech or MBA (or equivalent) with strong academic record
