Lead Product Manager

Overview

Servify is seeking a high-impact individual to join the Product team, responsible for defining and pioneering the next generation of products. The role requires a strong product leadership with a willingness to take initiative and own the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology and product mindset with expertise in AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Define and pioneer the next generation of products by connecting core business objectives with complex consumer problems
• Set and drive AI product strategy, identifying, evaluating, and embedding Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and AI agents into product features
• Provide product leadership and direction, influencing, mentoring, and elevating product managers and cross-functional partners
• Quantify market white space, conduct deep qualitative and quantitative analysis, and translate findings into a compelling product vision and execution-focused roadmap
• Maintain a relentless customer focus, engaging with customers and partners, and digging into data to inform innovative product development

Eligibility

• 12+ years of overall experience in senior product leadership roles
• Strong domain expertise, with experience in payments and payout integrations, Insurtech, and/or embedded insurance considered an advantage
• Strong technology and product mindset with a deep understanding of modern technology stacks, product strategy, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
