Overview

Siemens is seeking a UX Specialist to lead and implement UX projects for B2B digital products, focusing on smart infrastructure and sustainability applications. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, conducting user research, and driving UX innovation within the BuildingX UX team in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement UX projects across Siemens digital products and web applications, delivering scalable user-friendly experiences for smart infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate user research into actionable design solutions and present insights to internal teams and partners.
• Conceptualize, design, and prototype user‑centered interfaces for smart buildings/infrastructure and industrial projects, advocating consistent design practices.
• Conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and promote UX evangelisation to embed user‑centric strategies across Siemens.
• Drive UX innovation by integrating standard methodologies, sharing expertise globally, and contributing to the BuildingX UX team’s alignment and success.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in Interaction/UX Design and B2B digital products for smart infrastructure.
• 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience; leadership and B2B/industrial background a plus.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Interaction/UX Design.
