Job Description
Overview
The UX Designer at Trane Technologies will lead the creation of intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences across web and mobile applications, working in an agile environment. This role blends research, design thinking, and collaboration to drive consistent, high‑quality solutions for customers and partners.
Experience
5-7 years
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences for new and existing digital applications
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and UX team members in an agile environment
- Communicate design decisions and contribute to design principles, guidelines, and pattern libraries
- Partner with the UX Research team to conduct usability testing, interpret analytics, and support user research
- Produce UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in user experience and interactive design for web and mobile applications
- 5-7 years of experience in UX design within an agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field
