User Experience Designer

Overview

The UX Designer at Trane Technologies will lead user research and design activities to create intuitive digital experiences for building, home and transportation climate solutions. Working in an agile environment, they will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into high‑quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for new and existing digital applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and UX team members in an agile environment.
• Communicate design decisions and best practices to stakeholders and contribute to design guidelines and pattern libraries.
• Partner with UX Research to conduct usability testing, interpret analytics, and support user research.
• Produce UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides while governing the enterprise design system.

Eligibility

• User experience or interactive design for web and mobile applications in an agile environment
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field
