Overview
Siemens is seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Specialist to shape product development and craft significant digital experiences. The role involves working on innovative B2B digital products and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tech and a drive to continuously improve design outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and implement UX projects across Siemens' digital products and related web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user research into actionable, innovative design solutions
- Conceptualize, design and prototype user-centered interface experiences
- Conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and embed a culture of UX evangelisation
- Drive UX innovation and transformation by integrating standard methodologies into customer projects
Eligibility
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Interaction/UX Design
- At least 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience
- Leadership experience and/or B2B/industrial background is a plus
