Overview
The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and operational stability of Smartsheet's DataMesh, a key cross‑sheet data capability, while driving its migration to column links. The role involves deep customer discovery, cross‑functional leadership, and metric‑driven product delivery for enterprise SaaS customers in India.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for DataMesh, balancing stability with migration objectives
- Ensure operational stability by partnering with engineering and Support to prioritize defects and performance issues
- Lead enterprise customer discovery and validate migration paths to column links
- Collaborate with engineering squads, GTM, and Customer Success to plan communications, enablement, and support
- Create clear product briefs, requirements, specs, and define success metrics for usage, migration progress, and quality
Eligibility
- 4+ years product management experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B software
- Experience with data management, data modelling, workflow automation, or cross‑sheet data referencing is a strong plus
- Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis and fluent in English
