Lead Product Designer

Overview

Lead Product Designer responsible for defining end‑to‑end design direction of a complex enterprise AI‑first product area, translating strategy and customer needs into intuitive, scalable experiences. Works closely with product, engineering, QA, research and global stakeholders while mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Own design direction for a significant product area, turning strategy into AI‑first experiences
• Lead design of AI‑powered and agentic workflows, producing journey maps, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Research and stakeholders to align on design rationale and drive decisions
• Leverage research, product data, usability testing and customer feedback to identify friction and prioritize improvements
• Mentor mid‑level and early‑career designers, champion design‑system usage, accessibility and consistency

Eligibility

• Product design expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms
• 7+ years of product design experience with AI‑powered or agentic solutions
• Strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership of complex product areas; no specific degree required
