Lead Product Designer

Overview

Lead Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design direction of a complex enterprise AI‑first product area at Sprinklr, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own design direction for a significant product area, defining journeys and creating high‑quality, scalable experiences.
• Lead AI‑first and agentic workflow design, addressing intent understanding, recommendations, automation, trust, and transparency.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Research, and stakeholders to communicate design rationale and drive alignment.
• Leverage research, product data, usability testing, and customer feedback to identify friction, validate decisions, and prioritize improvements.
• Mentor mid‑level and early‑career designers, uphold design system standards, and ensure design intent is preserved through implementation.

Eligibility

• Expertise in enterprise SaaS product design, especially AI‑powered experiences.
• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing ownership of complex product areas and mentorship.
