Lead Product Designer

Overview

Mindtickle is seeking a Product Designer to shape AI-powered content platform experiences for enablement admins and sellers. The role involves user‑centered design, research, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define user experience and create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for the content platform.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to guide design decisions.
• Design scalable, AI‑enhanced, enterprise‑grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
• Develop frameworks and patterns for consistent visualization across feature areas and user journeys.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.

Eligibility

• Product design expertise in B2B SaaS and AI‑enabled products
• 6 to 8 years of relevant product design experience with a strong portfolio
