Overview
The role is a User Experience Designer leading design initiatives for Paylocity's Airbase platform, driving end‑to‑end experiences from concept to launch. The position collaborates cross‑functionally to create intuitive, scalable designs for SaaS products.
Experience
5-7 yrs
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to guide end‑to‑end experiences from concept to launch
- Lead small‑ to medium‑sized design projects, defining tasks and making expert design decisions
- Conduct user research, usability testing and translate findings into design artifacts and recommendations
- Create structured, grid‑based, device‑appropriate designs aligned with the design system and information architecture
- Facilitate ideation workshops, share design files, track bugs, and champion UX thought leadership
Eligibility
- UX or product design domain expertise
- 5‑7 years of professional UX design experience, preferably in SaaS and agile environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
