Overview
Design Lead for WisdomAI's Bangalore engineering hub, responsible for end‑to‑end product design across the platform and growing the local design team.
Experience
7+ yrs
Responsibilities
- Own product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
- Collaborate daily with engineers and embed design in the development flow
- Set and maintain high craft standards and extend the design system
- Drive coherence across diverse surfaces such as chat, agents, live apps, and visualizations
- Partner with design leadership in San Mateo and help hire/mentor Bangalore designers
Eligibility
- 7+ years designing complex B2B, data, analytics, AI or developer‑tool products
- Proven high visual/UI craft and ability to simplify complex systems
- Experience mentoring designers and collaborating closely with engineering teams
