Overview
The Senior UX Designer will lead the design of a high-quality SaaS solution, creating intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams, you will drive design vision from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities
- Partner with product management to set vision and prioritize user experience for business applications.
- Create end-to-end user experiences, producing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Collaborate with user researchers to gather insights and apply them to solution development.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to implement designs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Apply usability heuristics, evaluate features, and iterate post‑launch to ensure business outcomes.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in UX design for SaaS/enterprise web and mobile applications.
- 5+ years of UX/interaction design experience, proficiency with Figma, Miro, AI‑assisted design tools, and a portfolio of shipped products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or equivalent experience.
