Senior Product Designer

Overview

Mindtickle is seeking a senior product designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of AI‑first seller experiences, working closely with product, engineering and research teams. The role focuses on designing AI‑native, workflow‑heavy tools for revenue enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design of the seller’s daily experience from research to launch and iteration
• Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and actionable plans for product and engineering
• Design AI‑native experiences that build seller trust while keeping them in control
• Create consistent patterns and frameworks across surfaces and contribute to the design system
• Use research and product data to measure impact and iterate post‑launch
