Overview
Product Manager leading AI-native voice products at SquadStack, responsible for end-to-end product experience and platform that powers LLM-driven voice agents. Drives strategy, roadmap, and delivery while measuring impact through conversion and AI quality metrics.

Responsibilities
- Own the product experience and platform for LLM-powered voice agents, from dialogue design to infrastructure.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs, translating them into detailed specifications and managing delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and align with company goals.
- Lead data-driven iteration by analyzing user feedback, metrics, and AI performance to improve product outcomes.
- Take new products from zero to one, identifying opportunities, shipping first versions, and scaling them.
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with AI/ML or B2B SaaS products.
- Strong technical fluency or engineering background; hands‑on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; self‑starter comfortable in fast‑paced startup environment.
