Overview
The role supports the Head of Process Optimization & Enablement in applying operational excellence and human‑centered design to evaluate, redesign and digitize R&D processes for the Global Program Team, leveraging AI, automation and data analytics. It bridges business needs with technical solutions, delivering prototypes, dashboards and digital products to improve efficiency and decision‑making.

4-6+ years
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and redesign GPT and R&D operational processes, incorporating AI, automation and analytics.
- Collaborate with Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) and business owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver prototypes, demos and digital tools, ensuring data governance and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Lead post‑implementation assessments, capture ROI, and drive continuous improvement and adoption.
- Build cross‑functional relationships, train teams, and define process health indicators.
Eligibility
- Process design, operational excellence, or digital transformation expertise
- 4-6+ years of experience in process improvement, data/analytics, or automation in a matrixed environment
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
