UI/UX Designer

Overview

The UI/UX Designer will craft conversational, evidence‑based and dashboard experiences for AI‑driven data products used by analysts, reviewers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and develop personas, journey maps, and task flows for multiple user tiers
• Design conversational and prompt‑driven interfaces, reviewer workspaces, and human‑in‑the‑loop interactions
• Create data‑dense dashboards and scorecards at executive, detailed and reporting levels
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity UI in Figma and maintain a design system
• Run usability tests, prepare handoff specs and support React engineers through build and UAT

Eligibility

• Experience designing enterprise, data‑heavy B2B applications
• 4–7 years of product or UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Domain exposure to life sciences, healthcare or regulated/audit‑heavy workflows (preferred)
