Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager leading the vision and strategy for Twin Health’s member experience in India, driving AI‑native healthcare solutions across mobile, chat, voice and connected devices. The role combines product leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on measurable health outcomes for members.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and strategy for the member experience, spanning onboarding to long‑term behavior change
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Data, Design, Operations) to deliver end‑to‑end product experiences
• Create and test hypotheses through rapid experimentation to improve engagement, adherence and clinical outcomes
• Integrate AI, Digital Twin, and human care across app, chat, voice and device interfaces
• Manage and mentor a product manager, establishing strong product practices and a culture of member obsession

Eligibility

• 10+ years of product management experience, especially with consumer‑facing web and mobile products
• Proven AI product leadership, including work with LLMs, conversational AI or recommendation systems
• Strong analytical judgment and deep customer‑obsession mindset
