Overview
The role is for a Senior Product Manager at U.S. Bancorp India to lead digital transformation initiatives, product lifecycle management and go‑to‑market strategy, primarily on Salesforce Service Cloud, Unified Cloud and Data Cloud platforms. The candidate will drive product vision, roadmap and agile delivery while collaborating across engineering, design and operations.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture and operations teams to deliver scalable software solutions
- Own and manage product backlogs, Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery using Jira and Confluence
- Monitor product performance metrics, report to stakeholders and adjust roadmap based on feedback
Eligibility
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or Solutions Architecture
- 2-3 years of hands‑on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Data Cloud/360, Unified Cloud)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
