Product Manager at U.S. Bancorp India drives product vision, planning and development for digital and human‑centered banking solutions, collaborating across technology, design, risk and business teams.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet business needs and requirements
- Activate connections between customer experience, digital, technology and business strategies to prioritize product opportunities and define vision, charter and roadmap
- Define product outcomes and OKRs, prioritize features/epics and break work into actionable steps for discovery, design, development and delivery
- Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle and drive the roadmap using OKRs
- Create products in partnership with agile, experience design, technology and risk teams, ensuring technical debt reduction and modernization
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- 12+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services
- Proven expertise in digital product development, agile methodologies and technical product knowledge
