Overview
Senior Product Manager for Case Management at Zinnia, leading the roadmap and lifecycle of case‑management capabilities across new‑business and underwriting workflows. Responsible for driving product strategy, collaborating with engineering, and delivering measurable value to carriers, distributors, and policyholders.

Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and lifecycle for case‑management capabilities across new‑business and underwriting workflows
- Lead technical discussions with engineering, manage requirements, and define delivery timelines for releases
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure requirements are met, evaluate performance, and transition features to commercialization
- Act as customer liaison on integration, custom development, and ensure data‑privacy and regulatory compliance
- Mentor product managers and drive research/prototyping of new technologies
Eligibility
- 9+ years of product management experience in enterprise software
- Strong technical background with API integration, SQL, and SDLC knowledge
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in technology or related field
