Overview
Senior Product Designer at Zuper, responsible for crafting AI‑fluent, intuitive experiences for complex field service management workflows, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product design across complex workflows from discovery to high‑fidelity UI and production.
- Analyze and map complex systems, data, roles, permissions and design AI‑powered experiences with appropriate confidence and fallback states.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define functionality and contribute to Zuper’s Prelude Design System.
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing and translate findings into design requirements and prototypes.
- Uphold high standards for UX, visual design, accessibility and help raise overall design quality across the team.
Eligibility
- 4–8 years of professional experience in product/UX/UI design, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise workflow products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow‑based designs and proficiency with Figma and AI design tools
- No specific educational degree required, though a background in design, HCI, or related field is a plus
