Overview
Senior Product Designer at Zuper, focusing on AI‑fluent design of complex field service management workflows. The role involves end‑to‑end product design, user research, and shaping AI‑powered experiences for dispatchers, project managers and field teams.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product design across complex workflows, from discovery to high‑fidelity UI and production.
- Analyze and map complex systems, including data, roles, permissions, and states to inform design solutions.
- Design AI‑powered experiences, defining behavior, confidence levels, recommendations, fallback and error handling.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional teams, contribute to Zuper’s Prelude Design System and ensure consistency.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, customer interviews and translate findings into product requirements and prototypes.
Eligibility
- 4–8 years of professional experience in Product Design / UX / UI, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise workflow products.
- Proven expertise in designing complex, multi‑role systems and AI‑assisted user experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work and use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI).
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows; experience collaborating with product managers and engineers.
