Join Gway Tech Solutions as a UI/UX Designer & Product Business Analyst fresher, working on the GwayERP product to bridge client business needs with design and functional specifications. The role blends UI/UX design, requirement gathering, product demos, and coordination across development and QA teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of GwayERP modules and business workflows.
- Conduct product demonstrations and create demo/marketing videos for clients.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements and perform gap analysis.
- Translate validated requirements into wireframes, UI/UX designs, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, and project teams to ensure delivery meets agreed requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Portfolio of academic/personal projects and basic proficiency in Figma.
