JioMart recently launched its online store across multiple cities in India.
While launching a new business at scale is always something to celebrate and cherish, for any business, and especially an online business, the real work starts after the launch.
This is because, when users actually try your product, it is only then that your hypothesis and assumptions get tested.
Also, you get valuable insights into the pain-points users face, as they use your product.
And a large part of these insights are uncovered through early user feedback.
With JioMart it is no different.
In this challenge you need to get actual user feedback, from people who have tried JioMart’s online experience. This can be either on web or mobile.
We expect a minimum of 3-4 user feedback.
You will be evaluated on the basis of quality and depth of the feedback gathered, as also the process you follow.
It is advisable to read up on the best approaches of getting and documenting user feedback, especially under current circumstances, where face-to-face conversations are not possible (bonus points for getting feedback from remote users in an effective way).
Also, basis the feedback gathered, you need to priorities and suggest 1 product improvement fro JioMart.
Note:
- Please avoid a ‘Google Form’ based user feedback. This approach is not effective for the qualitative exercise we expect. However you could use a form to supplement your process
- To reiterate, the process, depth and insights uncovered are the basis on which you will be evaluated
- Incase your chosen user is unable to use the site for their pincode, please use 400052 as a test pincode
