Overview
The Product Lead, Predictive Platform at 6sense will own the core predictive engine that powers the company’s AI‑driven intelligence layer and lead a specialized pod of Product Managers. This player‑coach role combines strategic product ownership with people‑management responsibilities to scale predictive modeling across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a pod of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence initiatives
- Own and define the roadmap for core predictive models and their consumption across the 6sense ecosystem
- Establish global standards and methodologies for model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement
- Enforce a "build once, use everywhere" philosophy to maximize model leverage across all applications
- Partner with the Head of Intelligence Product and senior leadership to align the predictive roadmap with overall company strategy
Eligibility
- Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI product development
- 8-10+ years of product management experience in AI/ML or data‑science products, including 3-5+ years of formal people‑management experience
