Product Manager

Overview

The Product Manager will scale and enhance digital products for Aditya Birla Capital's seller ecosystem, driving initiatives from concept to execution. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration to deliver innovative, user‑centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance digital products and APIs, overseeing the full development lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage product journeys, align and prioritize projects, and incorporate channel feedback to improve digital experience.
• Conduct competition benchmarking to assess features, UI/UX, and processes against market offerings.
• Lead live projects from concept through go‑live, coordinating with stakeholders across engineering, design, data science, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Risk.

Eligibility

• Product management experience in digital platforms, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and deliver end‑to‑end product solutions.
