Overview
AIFISE is looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, scalable experiences for automation, trust, and financial workflows. The role focuses on turning complex systems into simple, user‑centered designs through research, interaction design, and visual execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency across the platform
- Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate requirements into clear flows
- Support implementation by working closely with product and engineering to refine requirements
- Apply interaction design, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and UX principles to deliver high‑quality digital products
Eligibility
- Proven experience designing digital products with a case‑study driven portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems with responsive, component‑based design
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
- Bonus: experience with fintech, SaaS platforms, or complex workflow‑based products
