Staff Product Designer at LinkedIn in Bangalore, responsible for end‑to‑end design of the Payments Platform across web, mobile and new commercial surfaces. The role partners with product, engineering, data science and compliance teams to create scalable, compliant payment experiences at global scale.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design for payments, switcher, and refunds experiences across web, mobile and commercial surfaces
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Finance to design new payment methods and optimization strategies
- Design scalable, compliant patterns for global payments including tax, trust and regulatory requirements
- Lead design for new monetization surfaces such as Marketplace Payments and mobile monetization from concept to launch
- Simplify complex billing and subscription flows to reduce customer effort and support case volume
Eligibility
- 10+ years of user experience design expertise in large‑scale transactional, enterprise or commerce software
- Experience designing payments, billing, or subscription management systems
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or equivalent practical background
