Overview
Product Manager for Airtel Payments Bank's Insurance Vertical, responsible for shaping product vision, roadmap and delivery of digital insurance and card solutions. The role combines user research, data‑driven decision making and cross‑functional collaboration to drive adoption and growth.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs through qualitative and quantitative insights and translate feedback into product enhancements
- Define long‑term product strategy and quarterly roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Drive product development lifecycle from concept to market launch using Agile/Scrum practices
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, risk and compliance teams to co‑build new card and insurance products
- Conduct market research, regulatory analysis and leverage data analytics to inform product decisions
Eligibility
- Product Management experience (2-5 years) in fintech or insurance domain
- MBA from top institutes (IIM, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc.) with a technical background preferred
- Proficiency with product tools such as JIRA, Excel and SQL
