Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager at PayPay India responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of credit and merchant financial products, driving product execution and collaboration with PayPay group companies in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch for merchant credit and bank integration products
• Write PRDs and work with engineering and UI/UX to build scalable platform capabilities
• Collaborate with credit modeling, risk, analytics, and cross‑entity business teams to integrate scoring models and data pipelines
• Analyze product performance using SQL and analytics to identify gaps and optimize user experience
• Prioritize roadmap, balancing speed of execution with long‑term scalability

Eligibility

• Fintech, e‑commerce, consumer internet or high‑scale platform product experience
• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience (7‑9 years overall)
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or 2+ years in a technical role
