The Senior Product Manager on the Lifecycle Experiences team will lead the vision and roadmap for the Progression Intelligence charter, integrating machine learning, real-time decisioning, and rewards systems across Amazon's fast‑growing marketplaces. The role blends deep technical expertise with product strategy to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.

Responsibilities
- Own the multi‑year product roadmap for Progression Intelligence, including migration of core ML models to a unified orchestration platform.
- Define technical requirements and integration specifications for rewards optimization, propensity modeling, causal measurement, and promotion configuration systems.
- Partner with applied scientists to turn model outputs into actionable product features such as reward denomination optimization and next‑best‑action recommendations.
- Drive quarterly planning and prioritization across integrations, balancing technical debt, engineering capacity, and business impact.
- Define and own success metrics, represent the charter in senior leadership reviews, and resolve cross‑team technical dependencies.
Eligibility
- Product management expertise with strong focus on ML‑driven systems and API integration.
- 5+ years of product, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience; proven roadmap ownership and end‑to‑end delivery.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree preferred).
