Overview
Lead product strategy and roadmap for Aspen Exchanger Design & Rating (EDR) software, driving growth and innovation in process engineering solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and Agile roadmap aligned with Performance Engineering objectives
- Engage with customers, industry leaders and partners to gather feedback and champion solutions
- Drive portfolio growth through adoption, market expansion and new capability introductions
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, AI, UX, product marketing, sales and engineering experts to deliver features
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and evaluate technology acquisitions or partnerships
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA a plus)
- 10+ years enterprise software product management experience, preferably in engineering/simulation
- Strong domain knowledge in process engineering, heat transfer, thermodynamics and equipment design
