Sr Product Manager EDR

Overview

The Product Manager will lead the strategy and roadmap for Aspen Exchanger Design & Rating (EDR), driving product vision, customer engagement, and business growth for AspenTech's performance engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and Agile roadmap for Aspen EDR, including positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with R&D, AI, UX, and other product teams to deliver integrated heat exchanger design features and enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and partners, acting as a thought leader and advocate for AspenTech solutions.
• Drive business growth through customer adoption, market expansion, and evaluation of technology acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, services, and engineering experts to translate complex thermodynamic requirements into actionable software features.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field (MBA a plus).
• 10+ years of enterprise software product management experience, preferably in engineering, simulation, or industrial software.
• Strong understanding of process engineering, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and hands‑on experience with Aspen EDR or similar tools.
