Senior Product Manager leading the Self-Reported Insights portfolio (Snapshots, PlatformX, Studies, Benchmarks) at Atlassian’s DX platform, responsible for vision, strategy, roadmap and outcomes.
Salary
Zone A: $168,300‑$219,725; Zone B: $151,470‑$197,753; Zone C: $139,689‑$182,372 (US)

Responsibilities
- Set vision, strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes for the Self-Reported Insights portfolio
- Develop a deep understanding of developer experience leaders and translate survey methodology into actionable products
- Create a coherent product experience across Snapshots, PlatformX, Studies and Benchmarks
- Drive customer journey improvements from study design to analysis and benchmarking
- Partner with Engineering, Design, go‑to‑market and customer‑facing teams to discover, launch and position products
Eligibility
- 5+ years product management experience owning a critical product area
- Deep expertise in surveys, self‑reported data, feedback systems or research products
- Strong understanding of developer experience and platform teams
