UI/UX Designer — Mobile & Web Applications

Overview

Avanade India is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create mobile and web enterprise application interfaces using Figma and AI‑assisted design tools. The role involves end‑to‑end design from research to high‑fidelity, build‑ready screens and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user interfaces for iOS, Android and web applications, delivering high‑fidelity screens in Figma
• Translate business requirements and user research into journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes and design systems
• Utilize AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate concept generation, layout options and asset creation while maintaining quality
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible (WCAG AA) and adhere to platform guidelines (Material, HIG, Fluent)
• Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholders throughout agile sprints, hand‑off specifications and review implementations

Eligibility

• 6–8 years of UI/UX or product design experience with shipped mobile and web applications
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, variables) and hands‑on use of AI‑design tools
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent portfolio; formal design qualification is a plus
