Product Manager, Principal

Overview

The Principal Product Manager, Data Platform at Blackbaud will lead the design and delivery of the data and machine‑learning platform, driving adoption of data mesh and MLOps capabilities while aligning business and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product initiatives from ideation through delivery and delight
• Drive adoption of the data mesh framework across the organization
• Partner with engineering to shape platform capabilities for data pipelines, ML workflows, and MLOps
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize backlogs and execute product strategy
• Communicate and build rapport with stakeholders throughout the product development cycle

Eligibility

• Product Management expertise with 8+ years experience
• Prior experience in engineering, data engineering, platform architecture or technical product management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
