Senior Product Manager

Overview

The Senior Product Manager, AI and Data Platform leads strategy and roadmap for Blackbaud’s Data & AI platform, driving modern data lakehouse, AI/ML enablement, and governance across the Corporate Social Impact suite. The role partners with engineering, architecture, and leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and cost‑effective platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for core Data & AI platform capabilities including ingestion, lakehouse, feature services, and ML enablement
• Collaborate with senior leadership, architecture, governance, and security to align platform with trust, compliance, and Responsible AI standards
• Develop business cases, prioritize build vs. buy decisions, and drive high‑impact initiatives such as cloud migration and cost optimization
• Establish metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, track adoption, and communicate progress to executive and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Lead through influence with engineering and technical leads to ensure delivery without direct reporting authority

Eligibility

• 5+ years product management experience, preferably in software, data, or platform engineering
• 3+ years leading product strategy for data, AI, or platform products
• Technical familiarity with .NET, Azure, Databricks, cloud data lakes/lakehouses, APIs and governance
