UI/UX Designer -Pune/Bengaluru

Overview

The UI/UX Designer will lead end‑to‑end design activities for digital products at Capco, conducting user research, creating wireframes and high‑fidelity interfaces, and delivering interactive prototypes. The role collaborates with product, analytics and development teams to ensure user‑centred, visually consistent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop information architecture, personas, journeys, wireframes and sitemaps
• Create high‑fidelity UI designs, design systems and responsive layouts using Figma and other tools
• Build interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate designs
• Prepare design assets, specifications and collaborate with developers for accurate implementation

Eligibility

• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and user‑centered design
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX, Interaction or Product Designer with a strong portfolio
• Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or related field (or equivalent experience)
