Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and user research to uncover deep insights into enterprise workflows.
• Architect complex information systems and design seamless interaction models for AI‑driven assistants.
• Develop end‑to‑end agentic workflows that simplify multi‑step enterprise tasks.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define the roadmap for the AI copilot ecosystem.
• Evangelize design best practices for generative AI, focusing on trust, transparency, and human‑in‑the‑loop interactions.

Eligibility

• AI design expertise in conversational AI, copilots or autonomous agentic workflows.
• 5+ years of product design experience with focus on AI/ML products.
