Overview
Lead product strategy and evolution of Circle's CPN Payments Engine, driving payment creation, routing, settlement and lifecycle management at scale in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
- Define long‑term vision and roadmap for the Payments Engine and align investments with Circle priorities
- Improve payment performance by increasing success rates, reducing latency and enhancing resilience
- Shape API and protocol capabilities for OFI and BFI interactions, balancing developer experience and compliance
- Expand network capabilities by unlocking new payment use cases, corridors and reusable infrastructure
- Lead cross‑functional decisions with Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Business Development to drive high‑impact investments
Eligibility
- 10+ years product management experience in payments, fintech or financial infrastructure
- Deep experience owning platform/infrastructure products such as APIs, payment processing or settlement systems
- Strong analytical and technical fluency with data‑driven decision‑making
- Demonstrated cross‑functional influence and communication with senior stakeholders
- No specific educational requirement (e.g., degree not mandated)
